Looking for Light

Houses, that is.   Because of the rocky coast and treacherous currents in the Maritimes, you don't have to go far to see a lighthouse, and often it is a working one.  Sometimes the lighthouses have been retooled; sometimes they are part of a museum; most often they are still standing watch, perhaps with the addition of a modern style foghorn on the side.   It seems to me that each one is distinctive and unique.  If only I could carry one of the lawn ornaments back in my suitcase!
